If we fail to ship within three business days of our Order Confirmation commitment, for any reason other than something in your control rather than ours - e.g., late proof return, credit hold, etc. - or circumstances generally considered as force majeur - natural disasters, transportation strikes, etc. - the bags are free, exclusive of art, plate, freight or any other miscellaneous charges.
